Questions
Which plan do I need?
It depends on how many days a week your trash and recycling are collected, and how many bins you have. Send us your address and we'll check your schedule and recommend one.
How does quarterly billing work?
You pay once every three months and save compared to paying monthly: $89 for Lil Bud, $125 for Buddy, or $225 for Best Bud per quarter. You can cancel anytime, and service continues through the end of the quarter you've paid for.
What if I'm away or don't need a week?
Text us before your pickup day and we'll skip it. You can pause as long as you like.
Do I need a contract?
No. Service is month to month, or quarter to quarter if you choose quarterly billing, and you can cancel anytime.
Do you follow NYC set-out rules?
Yes. We follow DSNY set-out rules for trash and recycling, and we return bins promptly after collection.
Do I need an official NYC bin?
NYC requires bins with secure lids for trash at one- and two-family homes and buildings with up to nine apartments. Official bins are sold at NYC Home Depot stores. If you need one, ask us and we'll point you to the right size. Check DSNY's website for the latest rules.

We're building routes across Staten Island, from the North Shore down to Tottenville. Check your ZIP at the top of this page or send us your address, and we'll tell you if we're on your street yet or add you to the list for your block.
How do I pay?
By card or Venmo. We send payment details once your route and start date are confirmed, and nothing is charged before your first set-out.
What happens on holidays or when pickup is delayed?
We follow the DSNY schedule. If collection shifts because of a holiday or a storm, your set-out moves with it and we let you know, so you're never left guessing whether to drag the bins out yourself.
What if something goes wrong?
Text us and a real person on Staten Island answers, usually the same person who rolls your bins. If we ever miss your set-out, tell us and we'll make it right.
